1. CRAWLER DRILL (ROC)

This is a pneumatic crawler drilling machine which is used for multiple drilling operations such as drifter drilling. It maintains a simple design which is easy to operate and maintain. It can drill holes ranging from 32mm – 76mm for top hammer drilling. The crawler has boom swing, lift, guide swing, guide extension, and guide dump arrangements which make it versatile and allows it to cover a wide range of vertical, horizontal, and angle drilling positions. Powerful feed system with strong and heavy feed chain which can exert loads of 22kgf on either side

2. AIM INJEKTOR 2.0 (PU GROUT MACHINE)

Pneumatic grout injection machine for injection of 2 component chemical grout. This machine can operate at 5 bar inlet air pressure and generates rejection pressure of up to 200 Bars, delivering an outflow of 25 litres per minute on a constant rate. The 2 components are pumped into the pistons via suction inlets and then drives through separate hose arrangement in to mixing gun. It comprises of single driven piston pump with 2 pistons, which operates accordingly to the pressure intensification principle. The injection ratio of both the components is 1:1. The pressure and flow can be regulated by operator as required. The output capacity is 18-25 litres/min. for a viscous fluidThe pump consists of a pneumatically actuated drive train and a high-pressure part, which are then connected to a plunger. Two parallel fitted high-pressure pistons at the end are connected via voke. Thus, the drive and high-pressure parts are isolated for safety

3. AIM INJEKTOR 1.0 (PU GROUT MACHINE)

This is the smaller version of AIM injector 2.0 manufactured for low pressure emissions & compact space. It comprises of single driven piston pump with 2 pistons, which operates accordingly to the pressure intensification principle. The injection ratio of both the components is 1:1. The pressure and flow can be regulated by operator as required. The output capacity is 8-10 litres/min. for a viscous fluid.

4. AIM INJEKTOR 1.1 (CEMENT GROUT MACHINE)

It is used almost exclusively for mixing and pumping wall grouts and self-levelling underlayment for those projects where you need tremendous production. The AIM INJEKTOR 1.1 can dramatically cut down on your labour as it can easily handle the work of 2-3 mixers and runners walking with buckets back and forth hundreds of feet each way. Just set the water volume to the desired consistency, keep feeding it bags and let it run

5. AIM SPRINKLE (SPRAY MACHINE)

Suitable for spraying waterproofing epoxy and cementitious mix, cement mortar, dry powder mortar, putty powder, waterproofing materials on roof as well as surface, ceiling, and coating applications. It is used to strengthen the outer layer of the surface or strata prevents it from leakage and controls any movement which can result in leakage. This is an electric driven machine with an output of 10L/Min., generates an output pressure of 20 Bars, aggregate size 1mm maximum, allows viscosity b/w. 150-500 cps. The assembly comprises of 800w Motor, 1.5kW Air pump motor, a 20L hopper for inlet with a weight of 50 Kgs and Dimension – 700*400*850mm.

6. AIM SHOT 1.0 (WET SHOTCRETEMACHINE)

The AIM SHOT 1.0 is intended for use in small to mid-sized shotcrete applications. Depending on the rotor size, the AIM SHOT 1.0 has an output capability ranging from 0.2 to 4.0 m3 /hour (0.25 to 5.25 yd3 /hour). This output range makes this machine ideal for applications such as concrete patchwork and restoration, swimming pool construction, joint filling, slope stabilization, refractory work, or low volume wet-mix and mortar spraying.

7. AIM SHOT 2.0 (DRY SHOTCRETE MACHINE)

Twin cylinder open loop all-hydraulic concrete pump provides smooth output up to 30 cubic yards per hour with industry leading fuel efficiency. A transfer tube valve is chosen for versatility and operates reliably with minimal maintenance pumping grout, shotcrete or concrete. The AIM SHOT 2.0 is the logical upgrade from a ball valve pump. Hydraulically driven components apply up to 500 psi on the material to achieve impressive horizontal and vertical distances. The lightweight and compact size of this pump makes it very portable for multiple pours in a day. Ease of operation makes the AIM SHOT 2.0 a great entry-level pump that integrates into most contracting companies
